Hi guys!

Well, if anyone who is reading this knows how the heck to update the "about me" section in my blog, please let me know! On the dashboard page, there is supposed to be my name in the upper right corner with a drop down arrow where I can go to edit it, but its not there, and I'm lost.

Anyways...tonight I'll be posting my favorite pot roast recipe that I got from the pioneer woman, and tweaked it a bit. check out her website-- thepioneerwoman.com. she has amazing photo recipes and I would be lying if I said most of my inspiration didn't come from her.
